An automatic responder [or autoresponder] is a great tool. It can run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year acting as a pipeline direct to your customers.

When someone signs up for your e-mail list or Ezine,  your autoresponder replies immediately with a thank you note, the requested information or the e-zine. No need for you to get up to three o'clock in the morning to do it.  Your "assistant" handles  it!

Once the person has signed up, your "assistant",  will keep in touch by sending out the messages you have preprogrammed at the set intervals you have designated. No need for you to do all the grunt work, your "assistant" handles all that.
